This naturally processed lot is produced at Kayon Mountain Farm, a family-owned farm led by Ismael Hassen Aredo since 2012. Carefully grown and sun-dried on raised beds, this heirloom Ethiopian coffee shines with a bright, fruit-forward profile. In the cup, expect sweet coffee blossom and strawberry, balanced by a vibrant key lime acidity.
