Hario V60 Brewing Steps

1. Set up: Place a V60 filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water.

2. Add coffee: Use 14–16 g of coffee for every 8 oz of water (medium-fine grind).

3. Bloom: Pour a small amount of hot water (about twice the weight of the coffee) to wet all the grounds. Wait 30–45 seconds.

4. Pour: Slowly add the rest of your water in circles around the grinds until you reach your desired amount.

5. Finish: Let it drain (about 2½–3½ minutes total).

6. Enjoy: Swirl and serve.
