Kalita Wave coffee filters feature a unique wave shape design formed from a singular piece of large circular paper. This wave shape unfolds slightly when wet and depending on the dripper it is in will react differently, either the wave filter pushes away from a flat walled dripper creating a space for water to bypass into your coffee or will hug the folds and create a seal when used on the Origami Dripper.
