It is a blend of Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor grown in clay mineral soil at an altitude of 1100-1700 M. The unique combination of terroir and process brings out a complex flavor, with notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and citrus.
