Nestled in the foothills of Montaña Peña Blanca, in the Huehuetenango department of Guatemala, lies the municipality of San Pedro Necta. Here, producer Valentin Gonzalez operates his farm, San Pancracio, at an elevation of 1550 meters. His primary crop is Caturra, with small portions of Bourbons and Catuai also grown. As a small estate farm, San Pancracio produces between 250 and 300 bags of coffee annually, making it a delightful addition to our roster.
